Pixel Slash Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how information may be processed in connection with Pixel Slash, a game developed under the Hyper Eleven independent game developer brand. “Hyper Eleven,” “we,” and “us” refer to the developer operating under that brand.

Pixel Slash is preparing for release. This policy describes the current structure and planned features; a feature described as optional or as something the game “may” use is not a statement that it is already active.

2. Information Pixel Slash may process

Depending on the features included in the release and your choices, information may include local progress and settings, technical information processed by advertising providers, information needed to recognize an optional purchase, and details you voluntarily send when requesting support.

The planned structure does not include a Hyper Eleven user account backend. We do not ask you to provide personal information to create a player profile with Hyper Eleven.

3. Local game data

Game progress, settings, and similar information may be stored locally on your device to make the game work and remember your preferences. This local storage does not by itself mean that information is sent to Hyper Eleven.

Local data may remain until you remove it or uninstall the game, depending on your device and its backup settings. Device backups and restoration are subject to the relevant platform’s settings and policies.

4. User accounts

Pixel Slash does not currently require you to create a Hyper Eleven user account. An Apple or Google account used for a store or platform service is managed by that provider, under its own terms and privacy policy.

5. Advertising

Pixel Slash may use Google AdMob to display rewarded advertisements and interstitial advertisements. If included, Google and participating advertising technology providers may process technical information under their own policies.

This may include an IP address, device information, advertising identifiers when available and permitted, general diagnostic or technical information, and ad interactions. Such information may be used to deliver and measure advertising, maintain ad services, and help prevent fraud. The information processed depends on the services enabled, device permissions, and applicable privacy choices.

6. Consent and regional choices

Where legally required, including for relevant users in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland, a consent management mechanism may be displayed to explain advertising-related processing and let you make choices. Required consent will be requested before processing that depends on it.

Where available, you will be able to revisit the advertising privacy choices provided in the game. The final release’s consent flow should explain how to change or withdraw consent.

7. Ad personalization choices

When applicable, you may be offered choices about personalized and non-personalized advertising. Your device may also provide advertising identifier or tracking controls. Available options depend on your region, device, and the advertising services used.

Non-personalized advertising may still involve limited technical processing to deliver ads, measure performance, and prevent fraud. It does not necessarily mean that no information is processed.

8. In-app purchases

Pixel Slash may offer an optional No Ads purchase. If offered on iOS, purchases will be handled through Apple’s In-App Purchase infrastructure. Hyper Eleven does not directly receive your payment card details from Apple.

The game may process a purchase status or platform-provided transaction information to recognize the purchase. The purchase screen will explain the price and what the purchase includes. Apple’s own terms and privacy information apply to its payment processing.

9. Support communications

If you voluntarily contact support@hypereleven.com, your email address, message contents, attachments, and other information you choose to supply may be processed to respond to your request and investigate the issue you report.

Please share only information relevant to the request. Email delivery and storage may also involve the email service providers used by you and the developer.

10. Third-party services

The planned advertising service is Google AdMob. Its information handling is described in Google’s Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.

For optional iOS purchases, see Apple’s App Store privacy information. These providers are responsible for their services and describe their processing and available choices in their own policies.

11. Children’s privacy

Pixel Slash is not intended to knowingly collect personal information directly from children through a Hyper Eleven account system; no such account is currently required. This statement does not assign the game a store age rating or describe it as specifically directed to children.

If you believe a child has sent personal information to Hyper Eleven, contact support@hypereleven.com so the request can be reviewed and appropriate steps taken. Any advertising configuration and disclosures should reflect the final audience and applicable requirements.

12. Data retention

Hyper Eleven does not operate a player account backend for Pixel Slash. Local game data is retained on the device as described above.

Support emails may be kept for as long as reasonably needed to answer a request, follow up on a reported issue, maintain relevant correspondence, or meet applicable legal obligations. They should be deleted when no longer needed for those purposes. Advertising and payment providers determine retention for information they process under their own policies.

13. Security

Reasonable measures are used to protect information handled for support. No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. Please do not include passwords, full payment card details, or other unnecessary sensitive information in support messages.

14. International processing

Advertising, platform, and email providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Data protection laws may differ between countries. Their policies explain where and how they process information and any safeguards they apply. Any processing by Hyper Eleven remains subject to applicable data protection requirements.

15. Your privacy rights and choices

Depending on where you live and the information involved, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of personal information, or to object to certain processing. You may also have the right to withdraw consent and contact your local data protection authority.

16. The Hyper Eleven website

The Hyper Eleven website is a static information site. It does not set cookies or include analytics, tracking pixels, advertising scripts, third-party chat widgets, or remotely loaded fonts. Visiting a link to another provider takes you to that provider’s website and privacy practices.

If you manually choose a language on this website, only that language choice is saved in your browser’s localStorage under the key hyper11_language. It is used only to remember your preferred language, not for analytics, advertising, tracking, profiling, or fingerprinting. You can change it using the language selector or remove it by clearing this website’s stored data in your browser.

The hosting provider may process basic request information, such as IP addresses and technical logs, to deliver and secure the website.

17. Changes to this Privacy Policy

This policy may be updated as the game’s features, services, or data practices change. The current version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Where required, material changes will be communicated and new consent requested.
